These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of XMarketPro(the “Service”), operated by EDEAL EXPRESS LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Not financial advice
XMarketPro is an educational research tool. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation of any kind. Market data, AI-generated summaries, screeners, and analyses are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Free and PRO plans
The Service offers a free tier and a paid PRO subscription. PRO features, pricing, and billing terms are presented at checkout and processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its data beyond permitted use; (b) misuse or overload our infrastructure or providers; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.
5. Market data & third parties
Market data, news, and related content are sourced from third-party providers and are subject to their terms and limitations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any data and are not liable for provider errors or outages.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by EDEAL EXPRESS LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDEAL EXPRESS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require renewed acceptance before you continue using the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
